We are committed to protecting the privacy of your data. Pronk Technologies is not in the business of selling or renting your information.

For the purpose of improving our App, we allow you to send us log information.  At this time, we do not collect any other information automatically. Also the App will store reports and other data on your device for later reference by you.

In the log, we collect the following information:

• All data on the screen, including:
  • Report header
  • Facility
  • Technician Name
  • Device Under Test Identification (DUT ID)
  • Equipment model, S/N, and software revision
  • Test results
  • Any message included in emails to us and email addresses used
• Time of all activities on App, including switching away from and back to the app
• Name, type, and iOS version of the device that the App is installed on
• Battery level and low power status of device
• A subset of Bluetooth device names seen by the App (mostly other Pronk units), and signal strength of these.

All log information will be used strictly for technical support and not used for any other purpose.

We also request the following capabilities:

• Bluetooth peripheral (“nearby devices”) — to connect to Pronk integrated devices to our apps and is never used to access your location.
• Background execution — to monitor Pronk integrated devices while using another app.
• Camera — to scan barcodes/QR codes and to capture images into electronic reports.
• Notifications — to allow the app to notify when a test is done, or the Pronk integrated device needs user attention.
• Location – On Android 11 and below this is required to allow scanning of Bluetooth devices. Your location data is never used or collected.
