Use of the patented Cuff Jacket Duo is recommended for Welch Allyn 52000 series monitors. The Cuff Jacket creates a controlled and repeatable cuff volume without the need for bulky mandrels. Use of the Cuff Jacket is suggested for optimum repeatability on most monitors, and is required on a few older NIBP monitors such as Welch Allyn 52000 series. If any fault develops, notify Pronk Technologies giving full details of the difficulty, and include the model and serial number of the device.  Upon receipt of shipping instructions, forward the device prepaid and repairs will be made at the factory.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty or merchantability, fitness or adequacy for any particular purpose or use.  Pronk Technologies shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

How do we go about calibrating Pronk products?

All Pronk Technologies products can be sent back to our corporate office for calibration. We have also partnered with a company called Spectrum Technologies who can come on-site to perform calibrations. You can contact them at 800-342-7748.

Yes. All products test equipment products ship with a certified calibration certificate traceable back to NIST standards at no additional charge.

Is the device rugged enough to withstand a drop?

Yes. All Pronk products are designed to pass being dropped 50 times at 3.0 feet with no failures of the electronic or mechanical parts.

The calibration lab documents the traceability of measurements to the SI units through National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) or other recognized national measurement institutes (NMI) that are signatories to the CIPM Mutual Recognition Arrangement. Documentation supporting traceability information is available for review at the calibration lab. The calibration system complies with ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1. Pass/Fail decision rule applies only to “As left” and “As found” raw data, whereby results are not compensated for uncertainties. An “N/A” is marked when the result was unobtainable. Expanded uncertainty is reported with a coverage factor k=2, providing a confidence level of approximately 95.45%. All calibrations have been performed with a Test Accuracy Ratio (TAR) of 4:1 or greater, unless otherwise noted. OxSim saturation is not an SI unit of measure, thus expanded uncertainty and TUR cannot be derived.

Payment, Ordering & Shipping Information

We accept payment by phone using VISA or Mastercard, as well as Purchase Orders on approval.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.  When you place an order with us, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items. We ship using UPS 2-day service (FOB Destination, Prepay Freight & Add) except when requested otherwise.  Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation by e-mail or fax with an order summary and shipping and delivery date estimates.  Special conditions or restrictions may apply to international orders.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before goods are shipped, you must notify us immediately.  Some orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  We are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a defective or incorrect item, we will be happy to make an exchange).  Item(s) returned for refund must be in its original condition, undamaged and with no missing parts, packed in its original packaging, and include both the original receipt and an RMA number.

We will notify you via e-mail or fax of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Pronk Technologies Inc. Software Apps Privacy Policy

We value our privacy, and we know you value yours. We will not share your information with anyone. We will not sell your information to anyone. We will not use your information for any purpose other than to provide you with the best possible app solutions.

To improve our apps, we allow you to send us log information. Currently, except for this, we do not collect any information automatically.

In the log we collect the following information:

  • All data on the screen, including
    • Report header
    • Facility
    • Technician Name
    • Device Under Test Identification (DUT ID)
    • Tester model, S/N, and software revision
    • Test results
    • Any message included in email to us, and email address used.
  • Time of all activities on app, including switching away from app
  • Name, type, and software version of the device on which the app is installed
  • Battery level and status of device
  • A subset of Bluetooth device names of visible to the app and signal strength of these devices, for connecting to Pronk Technologies’ integrated devices.

All log information will be used strictly for technical support and not used for any other purpose.

Our apps also request the following capabilities:

  • Bluetooth peripheral (“nearby devices”) — to connect to Pronk integrated devices to our apps.
  • Background execution — to monitor Pronk integrated devices while using another app.
  • Camera — Utilized to scan barcodes/QR codes and to capture images into electronic reports.
  • Notifications — to allow the app to notify when a test is done, or the Pronk integrated device needs user attention.
  • Location – to allow scanning of Bluetooth devices:  Note: We do not request location permission on Android devices running version 12 and higher.

The apps also have the ability to share reports with 3rd party “cloud” services, such as Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive, as well as the ability to Share to other apps the user selects to email or send electronic reports.
